Management
William has been involved in the marketing and development of residential real estate within the industry and has conducted his own business since 1993. William continues to maintain a hands on approach to each and every Ralan project.
William is supported by various senior management staff that in turn are supported by an extensive administration team. This management strategy ensures that each client receives the best possible service.
Construction
The vision created by The Ralan Group is quite simple. Proven quality building standards to all aspects of construction providing timeless architectural designs and a solid product.
It is The Ralan Group’s policy to strictly adhere to relevant State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs), Regional Environmental Plans (REPs), Local Environmental Plans (LEPs), Development Conrol Plans (DCPs) and follow the local councils Tree Preservation Order and Tree Assessment and Replenishment Guidelines.
When you purchase a property from Ralan you are purchasing directly from the developer. Ralan does not engage real estate agents or marketing companies to market its projects. This is a very important point of difference for the following reasons:
* Ralan is not paying real estate agents commissions therefore Ralan is able to deliver better value for money to the end purchaser.
* Ralan is not paying marketing fees to a marketing company therefore Ralan is able to deliver better value for money to the end purchaser.
* Ralan has total control of the quality of its projects.
* In addition to the above points, Ralan does not have any partners in any of its projects. This enables Ralan to be very competitive with its pricing because Ralan is not sharing its profits with any other company.

RALAN PROPERTY SERVICES
Kate Madigan is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 20 years experience in the Property Industry. Kate has been with Ralan since 1999 and manages our Property Management Team.
Traditional Property Managers are required to increase their portfolios by marketing for new business which can take the focus off the professional management of Landlord’s investments. Ralan’s Property Management department was established as an extended service purely for Ralan clients. This enables our Property Managers to focus their commitment exclusively on the professional management of our clients investment without being consumed with trying to achieve new managements.
With all Ralan projects the team at Ralan Property Services coordinates and locates tenants with an intelligent and well thought out campaign that is individual to the particular project.

RALAN PROPERTY CARE
Ralan Property Care was established with the sole objective of maintaining Ralan buildings to the highest possible standard following settlement and handover of the property. This objective is achieved by providing first class maintenance services to the owners corporation of all Ralan developed projects. Ralan Property Care’s duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Daily maintenance and cleaning of common areas,
* Maintaining the grounds and gardens,
* Organising and co-ordinating with all trades people to make certain repairs and maintenance are completed in a professional and timely fashion
* Liaising with the strata managers and owner’s corporation to keep them informed of any issues that may affect the buildings
Unlike other property maintenance companies Ralan Property Care does not take on the maintenance contract of a building with the goal of achieving maximum commercial benefit but rather to provide a service for our purchasers that will enable their property to be maintained at the highest possible standard.
